As it's been a while I recorded a home practice for you to enjoy!! Please see below!

I was inspired by Thursday's Venus and Jupiter conjunction - expanding (Jupiter) on all things LOVE (Venus) but with some fire as both planets are in fiery Aries. The fire to will also help build the courage and strength needed as Venus then meets Chiron, the wounded healer, on Friday.

May we be brave and resilient enough to hold our hearts open as we meet our tender, wounded places...

Also - Mercury (planet of communication) meets Saturn (Lord of Karma) on Thursday which might lead to some intense but necessary conversations, it will be good to hold on to this expanded heart energy of Venus + Jupier as we do so...
